| WARRANTY At Loon Outdoors, we stand behind every product we make. All Loon Outdoors products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean. Please fill out a return form and return along with original sales receipt to: Loon Outdoors ATTN: Warranty Department 9600 W. Bethel Ct. #1 Boise, ID 83709 All products carry a one(1) year warranty unless otherwise noted on the packaging. Don't forget to get a tracking number and insurance.  Warranty Repair Form |
