This thinner allows a tyer to alter Loon's recipes to exact specifications. The Water Based Thinner has a special wetting agent for Loon's Water-Based products only, making your Head Cement or Hard Head as good as new.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove cap
2. Add desired amount to WB Cement, Finish or Hard Head
3. Mix throughly into WB Cement, Finish or Hard Head
4. Replace cap to prevent Thinner from drying
